Danish Landrace, found in Jutland, A small white Danish Landrace lamb standing in a field.originated from Danish Heath and Merino during the 18th century. In the 1900s some Leicester Longwool and Oxford Down were introduced to the breed. They are polled and white in color with a gray head. Adult males weigh on average 70 kg and females 50 kg with an average wither height of 75 cm and 70 cm respectively.
